At Nordik Forge, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in offering premium handcrafted and carefully selected products. Please review our return and refund policy below before making your purchase.
Returns

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (such as beard oils, hair products, and solid colognes) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards and discounted/clearance items are also non-returnable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@nordikforge.ca
